Reservations Agents

As a member of the Reservations team at the Edwards, Colorado office, you will answer phone calls in a professional manner, book reservations for transportation services, and work with other departments, including Operations/ Dispatch and Sales. Bilingualism is a plus! This job is in the Edwards office, with free on-site parking. Remote work may also be an option once you have experience.

Job Requirements:

• Flexible schedule, exceptional time management and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Bi-Lingual is a PLUS! Qualified Bi-Lingual candidates will receive an additional $1.00 per hour incentive.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer phones in a polite, professional and timely manner
• Create and update reservations for our Shared Shuttles and Private Cars
• Understand Epic Mountain Express Products and Services so you can effectively provide guests options that will meet their transportation needs
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude with both guests and coworkers in a high paced and busy atmosphere
• Interface with internal departments including dispatch, operations and Group Sales Representatives.
• Other duties as assigned
