CANCELLATION POLICY: PRIVATE SHUTTLES & SUVs: Reservations are non-refundable when cancelled within 72 hours of scheduled travel time. CLOSE-IN BOOKING FEE: Reservations made within 24 hours of scheduled pick-up time are subject to a fee. This is $5 per person on shuttles and $100 per private vehicle.
LATE/EARLY HOUR BOOKING FEE: Reservations made with a pick-up time between 8:30pm - 4am are subject to a $150 fee. This is for private cars and shuttles only - there is no late booking fee for shared shuttles.
TIGHT CONNECTIONS: Epic Mountain Express waives any responsibility for missed flights or for the shuttle on which you are booked if it is considered a tight connection.
SHARED RIDE SHUTTLE INFORMATION:
Check-in procedures: Upon arrival at Denver International Airport (DEN) or Eagle County (EGE): Please check in with a mobile device by looking for a text message upon arrival and follow the step by step instructions. If you are not able to check in through your mobile device, you may check-in at the Epic Mountain Express service counter.
DIA: Remote check in is encouraged. Upon arrival, look for a text message and follow the steps to check -in with your mobile device. Otherwise, please collect your luggage FIRST and then proceed to the Epic Mountain Express service counter located in the main terminal of the airport, west side, near baggage claim #12, and door 512.
Eagle Airport: Remote check in is encouraged. Upon arrival, look for a text message and follow the steps to check-in with your mobile device. If you do not receive a text message, please check in at the ticket counter located in the baggage claim area, before collecting your luggage.
ALTERNATE VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT : Luxury motor coach service may be used during peak travel periods as a supplement for airport transfers.
PET POLICY: Pets are not permitted on shared shuttles. This includes emotional support animals.
MINORS TRAVELING: Children younger than 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is 18 years or older. Unaccompanied minors under 16 years of age are not permitted.
BAG POLICY: Each guest is allowed two (2) items of baggage which includes sports equipment such as a ski bag or golf clubs, plus one (1) small personal item such as a purse or laptop. In order to accommodate additional or oversized luggage, Epic Mountain Express must be contacted in advance to ensure space, and a $10/ additional item charge will apply. Bicycles must be in a box, noted in the reservation, and are subject to a $75 charge. If you are traveling with ski or snowboard equipment, it will travel in an exterior ski rack, and may be exposed to weather and road conditions, including snow and slush. Please take this into consideration when packing personal items in your ski/snowboard bag. **PLEASE NOTE** Epic Mountain Express cannot hold luggage or accept unattended luggage. If you are traveling with a group with luggage, consider using Luggage Forward service to ship your bags and equipment.
MISSED FLIGHT POLICY: Epic Mountain Express will not be responsible for delays causing missed flights that are the result of inclement weather, unforeseen road closures, highway construction, abnormally heavy traffic, traffic that is being metered by the Colorado Department of Transportation, or any other conditions outside of its control. During Holidays and peak travel days, please be aware that weather, traffic or unforeseen road closures can severely impact travel times in the mountains. Availability may be limited for last minute changes.
We encourage guests to plan accordingly and/or purchase travel insurance to cover potential for missed flights and resulting expenses.

PREMIER MOUNTAIN EXPRESS INFORMATION - PRIVATE CAR SERVICE:
Premier Mountain Express guests should call the Premier Mountain Express check-in line on your confirmation letter, check in remotely through text messaging received upon landing, call 970-754-7433 or may check-in upon arrival at the Epic Mountain Express service counter.
Reservations for all charter vehicles, including Premier Mountain Express, may be subject to wait time charges due to delays and circumstances that are outside our control.
Wait time will be charged at $150.00 per hour per vehicle including gratuity.
A late night fee of $150 will be charged for reservations originating between 8:00pm and 4:00am
PREMIER PET POLICY: Epic Mountain Express/ Premier Mountain Express must be notified in advance if a guest is traveling with a pet. Pets must be in a carrier case.
